Our Network consists of a group of Greek properties belonging to people primarily living outside of Greece. The Service that we offer is to promote, prepare and rent there properties for dedicated periods of time for owners living abroad. We basically help optimize apartments and rooms for who is not being able to be present to manage this type of daily activity.
Network service options available for Greek property owners:
Vacation Rental
- Objective: help vacation homeowners optimize on their property.
- This service best serves vacation property owners living away or outside of Greece.
- We will make the appropriate arrangements to clean and prepare the rooms for the arriving guests, as well as for the collection of the rents accumulated during the rental periods.
The true Advantage: Your property can remain vacant during your next visit to Greece or to your vacation home. This service and listing is FREE. The fee applies only when there is a booking that takes place.
For owners not able to provide the cleaning and hosting service necessary for the apartments, our fee is 30% of the agreed PRICE LIST 2006/2007ed.
For apartment and room owners with this type of services provided with a simple phone call or email away. Our fee consists of 10% from the pre-agreed PRICE LIST 2006/2007ed.

- Objective: to help the visitor of Greece or of the area, get a taste of real Greek lifestyle and culture.
- This service best suits local Greek property owners who are able to be present during the visit of our guests in there private home or on their homes premises.
- This service also consists of a continental breakfast and the real Greek hospitality.
- Our fee for every booking we agree on will be of 10% from, the pre-established price.
