We would like to welcome you to our web site.
Apartments Greece was created to answer a simple but yet delicate need that many Greek property owners living abroad face: the management and even better the optimization of there properties while they are living abroad. Being Greek property owners ourselves, and having lived outside of Greece for many years, we were faced with the problems that every owner faced with tenants.

Such as, renting properties to all year round tenants who either did not pay there already low existing rents or having tenants present when we needed the use of our property during our personal vacations or simply having to wait for years before being able to move into the property when the home owner wished move to or back to Greece.

The reason for the Bed & Breakfast service offering is based on the almost extinct “Greek old fashioned hospitality” that Greece was once acclaimed for. With the help of a good and solid Bed & Breakfast Network we can somehow be re-established. We will offer our Bed & Breakfast Network experience and international travels and with the help of the home owners we will create the right offering for the visitor to Greece. We wish to create a Network that will be renown for the great Greek culture and experience it will transmit to its visitors.
